Stardew Valley itself is a farming simulation game on various platforms such as PC, PS4, Switch and Mobile. It is loved by many gamers because it has a similar gameplay to Harvest Moon, but can be played online. Now the game has arrived at update 1.5.

In the Game Informer interview, Eric said he was still not ready to announce the next update, which is version 1.6, but that he would not stop working on updates to the game either. Moreover, he himself is currently working on another solo game project.

Then Eric also hinted that there might be a sequel or Stardew Valley 2, it could happen, but he just said it was just a possibility. But, what is certain is that if the developer has thought about it, it is not impossible that the sequel to Stardew Valley will actually materialize.
