[TGS 2020] New Game ‘Monster Hunter Rise’ Showcases an Exciting 43-Minute Gameplay Video!


Seeing the dominance of Monster Hunter as one of Capcom’s most successful franchises, it’s no wonder we will see more quality games in the future. Monster Hunter also happens to always get exclusive games in every generation of Nintendo consoles, and for Nintendo Switch Capcom has finally announced its newest game, Monster Hunter Rise.

Following the official announcement from the Nintendo Direct event a few weeks ago, finally Capcom returned to showcase this game at the Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online presentation session. Through a streaming session that lasted almost 3 hours, Capcom showed off the latest 43 minutes of gameplay video that summarizes many interesting details. As can be seen, Monster Hunter Rise was developed with RE Engine and offers a much better graphic quality than all Monster Hunter games available on the previous Nintendo platform. Apart from superior graphics, this game also offers a more polished gameplay with the addition of some of its own unique mechanisms such as the Wire Bug gadget that can be used as a multipurpose grappling hook.
