Two of Indonesia’s Best Teams, Alter Ego and EVOS Esports Will Meet in the First Match of MPLI!

ONE Esports presented a unique concept at the MPL Invitational event. In this tournament, the Champions Draft or Bracket Draw system is implemented. ONE Esports MPLI will be divided into two stages, the knock-out stage (27-29 November) and the play-off stage (6-8 December). The team’s position in the knock-out phase is determined by the winning teams from four regions, RRQ Hoshi (Indonesia), Todak (Singapore / Malaysia), Bren Esports (Philippines), and Burmese Ghouls (Myanmar).

The four teams will choose each of the four teams in turn. After going through the Champions Draft process last night, this is the final result of the ONE Esports MPLI bracket. A big battle was immediately presented in the first match where RRQ Hoshi brought together two strong Indonesian teams, EVOS Legends and Alter Ego.

On the other hand, the two Indonesian teams were also forced to meet at an early stage by TODAK. They are Geek Fam ID and Bigetron Alpha. Meanwhile, Bren Esports made a civil battle by forcing AURA Fire to fight against AURA PH and ONIC Esports against ONIC PH. Uniquely, Burmese Ghouls from Vietnam is the only MPL champion who did not choose the Indonesian team.
